Crash Champions is seeking a high‑impact Operations Leader for our Brandon, FL location. You will manage front and back of shop, assign labor, and drive production flow to meet delivery targets while upholding Crash Champions and I‑Car quality standards.
You will coach teammates, write DRP estimates as needed, and oversee payroll, staffing, and payroll reporting. A valid license and strong collaboration with estimators and parts managers are essential.
