A fast-scaling financial technology company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead platform architecture, engineering execution, and technical client engagement across its expanding suite of enterprise SaaS offerings.
This is a strategic technology leadership role focused on scaling cloud-native systems, driving technical design, and guiding a globally distributed engineering team through the next phase of platform growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading engineering and architecture functions within enterprise SaaS or complex software environments.
- Strong architectural and systems design expertise, with hands-on understanding of modern backend technologies.
- Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, containerisation, and secure software delivery.
- Confident communicator with experience engaging directly with enterprise clients or senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and mentor engineering teams, define strategy, and lead transformation.
- Comfortable working in high-growth, high-accountability environments with evolving requirements.
