Head of Civil/Site Development | Lead & Grow Engineering

Hires Group is seeking a Department Manager – Civil/Site Land Development to lead and grow a Civil/Site engineering department, overseeing site development projects and providing technical leadership across grading, stormwater, hydrology, and land development design.

You will drive long-range planning, staff development, QA/QC, and profitable project delivery while mentoring engineers and maintaining client relationships in a dynamic, integrated team environment.
