Head of Campus Admissions

Alpha, a private K-12 school network, is hiring an Admissions Director to own one campus's enrollment journey end-to-end. You will guide families from inquiry to first day, manage 20+ active cases, and work on-site every day in your campus.

This role requires experience with affluent families, a track record of owning the enrollment process, and fluency in using AI tools to support prep and summaries. You’ll report to leadership on pipeline health and drive high-quality enrollments across a
