Head of Belonging, Engagement & Inclusion

Carthage College seeks an experienced and student-centered Director of Student Engagement and Inclusion to lead the Engagement and Inclusion Center. You will develop programs, relationships and strategies that strengthen student belonging, engagement, and retention.

The Director manages an office budget, supervises student staff, and leads key functions. This role also contributes to Title IX efforts and campus-wide inclusion initiatives.
