Head of AI Agents Engineering

Asana is seeking an experienced engineering leader to scale the AI Teammates Pillar within the Core/AI Organization. You will oversee four teams and report to the Head of Engineering, AI & AWM, driving strategy, architecture, and execution for enterprise customers globally.

This hybrid role is based in San Francisco with in-office days and optional work-from-home days depending on work type and partnerships.
