Head of Affordable Housing Operations

Rose Associates seeks a Director of Affordable Housing to oversee a growing portfolio, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead teams across sites in New York. The role requires expertise in LIHTC, subsidies, and regulatory reporting, with strong relationships to government agencies and stakeholders.

You will manage audits, certifications, occupancy reporting, and agency submissions while driving performance and accountability across departments. A NYS license or ability to obtain one is expected.
