Head of Accounting Operations — Growth & Public Readiness

Infleqtion seeks a Director of Accounting Operations to lead payroll, accounts payable, GL, and cash accounting while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. You will partner with Finance, HR, and external auditors to drive process improvements and scale operations as a public company.

The role requires 10+ years of progressive accounting experience and 5+ years of people leadership, with a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
