Head of Accounting Operations & Compliance

Wonder is seeking a Sr. Director, Accounting Operations to lead A/R, Billing, A/P and Payroll for a multi‑entity, fast‑growing organization in New York. This role drives SOX controls, standardizes P2P and O2C processes, and oversees data migration to NetSuite during post‑acquisition integrations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of accounting experience, 5+ in leadership, a CPA preferred, and deep US GAAP knowledge. Hybrid work 3 days in-office, with equity and a strong compensation package.
