To support a leading global clinical research organization, the fully remote Head of CNS Therapeutic Development will provide strategic oversight for a growing CNS portfolio, drive therapeutic-area growth, and partner with senior leaders to expand global clinical development programs. Key responsibilities: Provide strategic oversight and leadership for a global CNS portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and long-term growth objectives Partner with business development and executive stakeholders to shape bid strategies and strengthen key sponsor relationships Lead and mentor Portfolio Directors and project leaders while managing financial performance and organizational growth initiatives Required qualifications: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Neuroscience, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline 15+ years of clinical research experience with extensive expertise in CNS drug development and at least 10 years of leadership experience Demonstrated success leading large-scale, international clinical development portfolios within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment Strong commercial and business development experience, including proposal strategy and executive-level stakeholder management Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial execution, drug development processes, and regulatory requirements
