An international bank is growing its New York transaction banking business. This is a hands-on product and structuring seat: you'd personally structure and pitch trade finance and cash management solutions for corporate clients, working alongside the Corporates coverage team as lead product expert.
What you'll do:
- Structure and pitch trade finance and cash management solutions directly with clients, alongside the Corporates coverage team
- Own SBLC, LC, and supply chain finance transactions, and cash management proposals, from structuring through execution
- Originate opportunities for corporates whose contracts require letters of credit through the bank's international network
- Partner with global product, credit, and coverage teams to bring deals across the line
What you'll need:
- 10+ years of trade finance experience, with genuine exposure to cash management or payment flows
- Real experience in corporates; energy, oil & gas, automotive, or aerospace sectors is a strong plus
- Strong solution structuring and client-facing origination background
- Comfortable in a lean, individual contributor seat
