Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our girls' high school soccer team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing athletes' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sports culture. This full-time position requires a commitment to the academic and athletic success of our student-athletes, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the girls' soccer team, focusing on skill development, physical fitness, and teamwork.
• Plan and conduct daily practices, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all participants.
• Organize and manage all aspects of the soccer program, including game schedules, transportation, and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with other coaches, athletic staff, and school administration to promote the soccer program and ensure alignment with school policies.
• Monitor and assess the progress of student-athletes, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, respect, and personal growth.
• Attend all games and competitions, providing leadership and support to the team during events.
• Stay current with coaching techniques and strategies through professional development opportunities and networking with other coaches.
