Chief/Senior Cost EstimatorWe are searching for an experienced Chief/Senior Cost Estimator to join the team of a well-respected, well-established Plumbing, HVAC & Specialty GC's with work throughout the 5 boroughs. Candidates must have:Substantial and documented experience in all phases of estimating for plumbing, HVAC & other specialties for such projects as:High RiseWaste water treatment plantsEducational facilitiesTransportation facilitiesInfrastructure projectsPrior experience in preparing value engineered alternate estimates outlining options for cost reductionsPrior experience in preparing conceptual estimates in pre-construction servicesPrior experience in preparing and presenting comprehensive bid proposalsAbility to provide accurate estimates by defining scope, timelines, potential setbacks and limitationCandidates should be proficient in Timberline/Sage, On Screen Take Off, Planswift and other industry specific current softwares Strong compensation and benefits package Salary commensurate with experience
