Head Director OF Payroll

Leading global payroll, tax, and risk operations, the full-time Global Head of Payroll Operations will oversee compliance, implement risk control frameworks, and manage audits while working remotely. Key responsibilities Partner with global teams to develop and implement operational risk control frameworks for HR services Lead regulatory projects and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Mentor teams and drive a culture of compliance through educational programs and effective communication Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and HR Operations Service Delivery Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Specialized expertise in payroll governance or operational risk management within a multinational organization Experience with global mobility programs and HR systems, preferably in manufacturing environments Strong project management skills and ability to implement process improvement initiatives
