Head Custodian
Forest Lake Area School District is currently seeking applicants for the position of Full Time (1.0FTE) Head Custodian at Columbus Elementary to start ASAP.
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, and 260 days/year Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm
Starting Rate of Pay/Range: $22.74 -25.22 DOE
Job Description: Strong leadership skills. Facility maintenance, experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and environmental controls. Good communication and good attendance is a must!
Qualifications: 1st Class Chief boilers license preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year.
