Description
St. Philip Neri-Blessed Sacrament Parish & School seek a Head Custodian & Maintenance Supervisor. The position is full-time and comes with benefits. Hours are M-F, 7 a.m.-4 p.m., with some additional hours for emergencies and Parish Fall Festival. Candidates should be self-motivated, open to learning, cooperative with others, dependable, and have already or be capable of passing Safe Environment Training Certification.

- Ability to work independently.
- General understanding of basic handyman tasks.
- Flexibility to respond to after hours emergencies.
- Familiarity with technology; computers and various systems.
- Maintain a current driver's license.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
