Requirements / Qualifications

  • ATTACH - Valid CPR and First Aide Certification - front and back of card (Online courses will not be accepted)
  • ATTACH - CIF Coaching Certificate
  • ATTACH - Three (3) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application
  • ATTACH - TB Test Results or Adult Tuberculosis (TB) Risk Assessment Questionnaire (within 60 days of hire)
  • Minimum of 3 years head coaching experience AND minimum of 5 years of experience in field.
  • College graduate preferred
  • NOTE: CELL PHONE PHOTO COPIES OF DOCUMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
  • ALL certificated applications must be submitted using Edjoin.
