In this fast-paced, service-oriented environment, you will design and execute high-volume menus, oversee food safety and sanitation, manage inventory and costs, and lead a diverse culinary team. You’ll collaborate closely with operations to deliver consistent, high-quality meals and accommodations that meet strict safety and quality standards for energy, government, and corporate clients.
