To support a growing Customer Success Organization, the full-time remote HCM Integration Consultant will gather data integration requirements and deliver solutions for public sector clients while ensuring high-quality data integrations and collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Partner with customer payroll vendors and HCM system providers to determine file integration requirements Facilitate discovery sessions and oversee testing plans for data integrations to ensure successful delivery Translate business requirements into technical documentation and coordinate the transition of integrations to production support teams Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in a SaaS implementation environment Experience with systems integration and file transmission to third-party vendors Background in business application consulting with client-facing experience Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
