• Managing expectations and ensuring transparency.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining a well-prioritized product backlog.
• Writing clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to work in iterative development cycles.
• Experience with frameworks like SAFe
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
• Balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
• Managing dependencies and risks effectively.
• People with product owner mind set, who can interact with Business, define product vision and able to provide direction to the development team
