Supporting the mental health of patients with cancer, the full-time Hawaii Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will provide targeted behavioral health interventions, screen for mental health disorders, and facilitate patient engagement in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Support the mental health of patients with cancer on an assigned caseload Provide brief behavioral interventions and facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or oncology setting (preferred) Possession of a clinical license such as LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting Experience interacting with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
