To provide high-quality, direct clinical care in a remote setting, the part-time Hawaii Licensed Addiction Medicine Physician will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and prescribe Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) via telehealth, working on call Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) via telehealth for patients with substance use disorders Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to underserved populations in Hawaii Required qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Hawaii DEA registration and Hawaii NED license Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in addiction medicine, psychiatry, or a related field, with telehealth experience preferred Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine is preferred
