You will be part of a dynamic team of 17 members, including 8 consultants.Performance ExpectationsPerformance is measured by the resources ability to get through training and complete assigned tasks on time. Additionally, they will be evaluating the quality of their work, team fit, overall contribution. The first two weeks on the job will focused on training to get them up to speed on the products / projects.
The disqualifiers are resources without an engineering degree and poor communication.
