Key responsibilities: * Define system requirements based on customer requests. * Work with the technical team to resolve requirement/design queries. * Collaborate with subteams to understand the feasibility of requirements. * Setup and manage new projects and requirements in JAMA/DOORS NG * Ensure full bi-directional traceability (up to customer / system requirements and down to software implementation and validation test cases). * Conduct requirement peer reviews between software, hardware and validation engineers for feasibility, understanding and impact. * Analyze, prioritize and define verification criteria for requirements. * Baseline requirement releases and ensure change control process * Support System architecture design and development. * System and software Architecture activities using EA/Rhapsody/Cameo tools * Experience defining / disseminating battery management system requirements. * Analysis and judgement of requirements under consideration of related norms and standards including FUSA and product safety. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration. * Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 26262, DFMEA/PFMEA). * Maintain documentation for requirements, design changes, and quality control.
Qualification: BE/ BTECH/M.E/M.Tech Bachelor's Engineering Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (Non-Engineering background not eligible).
