Job Position: Hardware Packaging & Parcel Associate
Location: Janesville, WI 53545
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift, M-Th 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m Fri 6a-12p

Duties & Responsibilities
- Pull and package hardware for customer orders.
- Verify hardware quantities and ensure accurate packaging.
- Transfer and stage completed hardware for shipment or production.
- Process daily UPS and Spee Dee shipments using computer software.
- Prepare shipping labels and shipping documentation.
- Load, unload, and move materials using a forklift.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Assist with other warehouse and shipping duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or packaging experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shipping software.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
