The Cisco Lysaker Hardware Test team are looking for a creative and curious Hardware Test Engineer to join our QA team. You will be working closely with other test engineers as well as electronics, mechanics, embedded software, camera and audio teams to develop the next Cisco collaboration video products.
Your Impact
We are a team of diverse and creative engineers, trying to uncover where the weak points of our technology are, and how they can be addressed. You will be part of a team with a variety of tasks, ranging from early prototype testing to developing larger automated test setups for various development testing of hardware and embedded software. This includes participating in creating new solutions for test setups and contributing to the development of new video collaboration products.
In This Role, You Will
- Be an important part of the product design development process, testing functionality and giving feedback
- Design and build advanced test setups and environments
- Be a key driver for the quality of our products
- Work closely with colleagues from multiple disciplines to create great video conferencing solutions
- Develop products that aim to be in the front line of sustainability
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors + 5 years of related experience, or Masters + 3 years of related experience.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
- Experience with Python programming.
- Fluent in English.
