As a key member of our Hardware Engineering team, you will:Coach and lead electrical and mechanical engineersInterface with Program Manager/Engineering Program ManagerEnsure project milestones and commitments are metDevelop hardware systems/subsystemsPlease Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.You're the key figure in managing hardware/software tracking, leading engineering efforts, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and supporting project activities.Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. Develops designs for the installation of components and assemblies into chassis, racks, cabinets, workstations, customer facilities, and/or shelters.

Plans, directs, reviews and coordinates preparation of project documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met. Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or other Engineering related disciplineExperience with mechanical/electrical design and troubleshootingExperience working with 3D models and high level of proficiency in electrical schematic interpretationKnowledgeable in Hardware Engineering processes and tools such as CREO or SolidWorks or similar toolsProficient in Windchill/EPDMDesired SkillsCost Account Management / Earned Value experienceProficiency in authoring BOEs, Costing BOMs, and Proposal ProcessExperience with Engineering Change Control ProcessesWorking knowledge of Agile terms and methodologiesPrior Automated Test Equipment/Special Test Equipment experienceExperience with product development or manufacturingFull-Time Salary Range: $ - $ At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
