Responsibilities
- Support server products across production lines and customer data centers
- Build and maintain test fixtures
- Execute testing and triage issues with design, manufacturing, and customers
- Assist in system bring-up and debugging
- Drive daily issue triage and containment
- Write and maintain debug procedures for production screening
Requirements
- BS in Engineering
- 1+ years in FAE, validation, NPI, or test/fixture design
- Hands‑on experience with connectors/cabling
- Excellent documentation skills
- System and component debugging skills
- Self-motivated team player
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
