- Required Skills 10–15 years of Hardware Engineering experience
- Strong experience with Data Transmission Controllers/Embedded Hardware
- Hands-on experience with FPGA
- Mechanical hardware integration experience
- Experience coordinating hardware testing in lab environments
- Experience in TCAS preferred; CNS (Communication, Navigation & Surveillance) domain experience is also acceptable
- Hardware validation, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
