Hardware Engineer
Location: Cleveland, Ohio or Mayfield Heights (Onsite) Position: Fulltime
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hardware design, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits, components, and design principles.
- Proficiency in EMI/EMC analysis and testing techniques to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
- Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools for circuit analysis and validation.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and implement effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on producing high-quality, reliable, and efficient designs.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to hardware design and EMI/EMC compliance.
