Responsibilities
- Impact the product development from the lowest levels of circuit design to large system design.
- See your contribution all the way through to high volume manufacturing.
- Creative Hardware Engineering positions are available in: ASIC Design and Verification, System/Board Design, Circuit Board Layout, Hardware Automation, Validation and Test, Signal Integrity, Power Design.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with 2 years of relevant experience or currently enrolled in a graduate degree program with 0 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient understanding of hardware engineering principles and experience with hardware design tools and software (e.g., CAD tools, simulation software, PCB design, etc.).
- Familiarity with hardware testing, debugging techniques, and standard lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters).
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C/C++) for automation, data analysis, or hardware interface tasks.
- Understanding of digital and analog circuit design concepts.
- Able to commit to a 6-month co‑op program.

Demonstrates proficiency in hardware engineering principles, including circuit design and validation, while utilizing design tools and software for effective product development. Capable of applying programming skills for automation and data analysis in hardware projects.
