Hardware Development Engineer Level 3Evaluates reliability of materials, properties and techniques used in production; plans, designs and develops electronic parts, components, integrated circuitry, mechanical systems, equipment and packaging, and/or optical systems. Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities. Networks with senior internal/external personnel in own area of expertise. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines the process by which to meet goals. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, generally instructions on new assignments.You will participate in development activities of products including troubleshooting of designs, design for testability, test plan generation, conducting validation/compliance tests, and creation of design/product documentation. You will report to the Hardware Engineering Team Lead and work from our Milwaukee office.
