Position
Hardware Design Engineer, Level 3 (TS/SCI w/ Poly)
Engineering Services and Solutions Division, Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities
- Designs and tests new integrated circuits and hardware components for a wide variety of applications and research.
- Designs, documents, and develops code, including firmware, for digital signal processors or other programmable hardware devices such as ASIC and FPGA hardware.
- Analyzes the function of existing integrated circuits and hardware components.
- Investigates COTS software protocols.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional experience as a hardware design engineer in integrated circuit or microelectronic component design, with FPGA/ASIC knowledge required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university; five years of additional hardware design engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
Pay Range
$212,630.17 - $258,750.25
