Asset Inventory Team MemberWill form part of the asset inventory team ensuring the end-to-end Stock activities. This position will focus on overseeing the operation including the day to day management of the stock and logistics operation, staff management, and other standard activities to ensure we meet our obligations to the client.Main ResponsibilitiesStock Management Overseeing the monthly stock auditsMaintaining agreed stock levels and working with the client/partner accordinglyInterfacing with partner/delivery teams to ensure data integrity in Service First and associated systemsWork with teams to arrange disposal of equipment in line with client standardsWork with client on current and future demands for utilization and demand managementFacilitate ad-hoc stock verification required by HCL/ClientWork with the centralLogistics Work with delivery and partner teams to facilitate stock movementsWork with logistics team to ensure kit is booked in and rationalize part no.Other Work with central HCL HAM team on reporting/analysis and actionsFlexibility and teamwork and perform other duties as assigned by your reporting managerTechnical SkillsUnderstanding of different types of end user IT infrastructure – desktops, laptops, printers, handhelds, smartphones, etc.Good understanding of using IT applications i.e MS Excel, Service Now, and OutlookBusiness SkillsA self-starter with ability to work on their own initiativeTo work through issues analytically to a successful conclusionStrong written and verbal communication skills (English and local language)
