Job TitleResponsible for working with production supervisor on day-to-day production activities to manage a team of hardware installers. Also, you will kit helicoils for jobs, install helicoils, cut gaskets or masking, dowel pins, keencerts, captive screws, pem nuts/studs and Lee plugs on repeat or proven parts with all levels of complexity on various materials such as aluminum, steel, plastic and copper with little to no direction from area Lead or Supervisor. Polish sealing surface lay patterns on variety of post anodize parts.
Assist in the development of new processes and procedures.Ensure an accurate router accompanies all work ordersRead blueprints, tooling instructions, and standard charts for specificationsWork independently to complete repeat tasks with little supervision.Responsible for utilizing shop paper procedure including updates, signatures, and stamps, countingTrain new employees and cross train existing employeesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Machine Tool TechnologyMinimum ten years work experienceBetween three and five years of trade school, vocational education, or four years formal apprenticeshipExtensive knowledge of CNC programmingCulture:At FM Industries our success is powered by people and technology.
