Job TitleJob DescriptionEnsure a clean, neat, and safe work area.Appropriately process apparel by sizing, type, and colorization on the rack.Place salable apparel in the hang area of the sort table, tag and/or size apparel, and hang apparel onto racks.Assist with quality control assurance for tears, stains, broken zippers, and buttons.Accurately document production.Transport racks of hung apparel to the sales floor, assist with apparel rotation, and conduct dressing room checks as directed/needed.Maintain an accurate hang count with the goal of 100+ pieces hung per hour. Keep the River flowing.Maintain the processing area and work output in a neat and clean condition at all times.Adhere to all GGC and personnel policies and procedures; follow good safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to the Team Leader Coach or ATL.Perform assigned duties within the framework of our Guiding Principles.Participate in activities outside of Goodwill as required.Attend in-service related training as assigned by the Team Leader Coach.Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader Coach.
