SKILLED HANDYMEN WANTED – Livermore, CA

Employment: Full-Time / Contract
Potential Earnings: $3,500–$8,000 per week

Job Responsibilities – Multiple Skills Accepted!

We welcome applicants with experience in any ONE or more of the following handyman services:

• General home and commercial property repairs
• Plumbing repairs, faucet, sink, toilet, and fixture replacements
• Minor electrical repairs and light fixture installation (where legally permitted)
• Drywall repair, patching, painting, and finishing
• Door, lock, window, and cabinet repairs
• Carpentry, wood repairs, framing, and trim installation
• Furniture assembly and installation
• Shelf, curtain rod, TV mount, and fixture installation
• Caulking, grouting, sealing, and weatherproofing
• Flooring, tile, laminate, and baseboard repairs
• Appliance installation and basic maintenance
• Deck, fence, gate, and railing repairs
• Pressure washing and exterior maintenance
• Gutter cleaning and minor gutter repairs
• Minor roof repairs and general exterior maintenance (where qualified)
• Kitchen and bathroom repairs and upgrades
• Hanging pictures, mirrors, blinds, and wall accessories
• Door alignment, hinge replacement, and hardware installation
• Window screen repairs and replacement
• Basic landscaping and outdoor property maintenance
• General property maintenance, troubleshooting, and handyman services

You do NOT need to know every skill. Experience in just ONE of the listed areas is sufficient to apply!

Requirements

• Experience in at least one handyman or repair skill
• Own tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of Livermore, CA
• Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious

Payment

Payment processing within 24–48 hours after completed jobs , according to agreed terms. Earnings depend on job availability, scope, and completed work.
