These tasks include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work etc. We are looking for someone to be organized and have good time management skills as well as with strong general repair skills.SHIFT DETAILS:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmMAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified or increased as necessary:Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairsRegularly perform various maintained tasksRepair equipment and various machines and appliancesIdentify, document and report maintenance and repair workRespond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerProvide minor painting servicesSuggest additional repairs when identified and neededAll other duties as defined as your supervisorQualificationsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.A minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role.Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.SKILLS REQUIRED:Communication SkillsCustomer Service SkillsInitiative SkillsProblem Solving SkillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:StandWalkLift/ClimbTalk/HearUse hands to finger, handle or feelReach with hands or armsThe Weight or Force requirement in this position is: Up to 40 poundsVISION REQUIREMENT:This position requires to have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)Controlled Contamination Services is an equal opportunity employer – vets/disability.
