You will manage 5-15 maintenance staff, drive uptime, plant efficiency, and continuous improvement on the production floor.
The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree (ABET-accredited), has manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume batch environments, and is comfortable working hands-on on the plant floor.
