Hands-On GM - Lead the Fast-Pace Pizza Floor

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This is a hands-on role on line, on register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace by working alongside the team.

You will own people, product, and profit, and you will do it by coaching, scheduling, and driving speed of service while upholding food safety, brand standards, and guest satisfaction.
