Hands-On GM: Lead Fast-Casual on the Floor

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, to drive speed, service and guest satisfaction in a high-volume setting.

You will work side-by-side with the team on line, in the oven, at the register, and on drive-thru during every rush, setting the pace and building culture through visible presence.

This role demands hands-on leadership, accountability for P&L, and the ability to coach others while maintaining brand standards.
