Hands-On Floor GM — High-Tempo Pizza Leader

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This high‑energy role requires hands‑on leadership on line, oven, and drive‑thru during every rush to set the pace with the team.

You will own people, products, and profits, maintaining standards while guiding through fast changes. The GM will manage labor, food costs, inventory, and operational metrics, coaching team members and developing future leaders.
