Heavy Motions Inc., a Shurco brand, is seeking a Director of Engineering for Heavy Motions to lead the engineering and R&D function. You will own core product development work, including CAD modeling, hydraulic circuit design, and engineering documentation, while shaping the team and processes.
You will drive design validation, product launches, and continuous improvement across PTOs, pumps, cylinders, valves, manifolds, and motors, reporting to Shurco's VP of Engineering.
