Hands-On Director, Multi-Site Clinic Operations

Get Well Clinic is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to own day-to-day clinic operations across five sites, working directly with the owner and two other Director-level leaders who oversee systems/IT and clinical quality. This role requires visible leadership in the clinics, not a remote management approach.

You will be responsible for people management and operating metrics, traveling between Humble, Pearland, College Station, and Lufkin to oversee staffing, performance, and process
