Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and detail-focused Hand Packager I to support a production facility in Crookston, ND . This role plays a key part in helping the team meet daily production goals and order schedules. Ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment at all times
• Accurately count and package retail-ready products into master cases
• Palletize completed product for shipment
• Complete required paperwork with accuracy and consistency
• Uphold personal and environmental safety standards
• Immediately report any unusual activity or issues to supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department supervisor

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Team-oriented with a positive, cooperative attitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety guidelines
• High School Diploma or GED required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 20 lbs frequently while hand packing
• Requires standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and repetitive arm movements throughout shift
• Approximately 95% of duties performed in a climate-controlled environment
