Private practice seeks a BE/BC Orthopedic Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon to join a well-established practice serving patients in and beyond the Carolinas.

The Position:

• Join a group of more than 20, including various orthopedic and neurosurgical specialists
• A high-volume practice that will not require the traditional "build it from the ground up" approach
• Group call & hand call with additional incentives provided by the Level I hospital system
• Autonomy to establish your schedule to fit your preferred work-life balance
• Operate in an Ambulatory Surgical Center with state-of-the-art equipment and dedicated OR team; potential buy-in opportunity at ASC

Compensation Highlights

• >$400,000 salary with productivity bonus, DOE
• Option for salary advance prior to starting
