Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time remote HAM Activations Specialist will manage ServiceNow reporting and dashboards, analyze project data for inconsistencies and risks, and develop presentations for leadership briefings. Key responsibilities Build and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to meet ongoing reporting needs Analyze data to identify inconsistencies and communicate risks to Activation projects Develop clear presentations for leadership based on data analysis and reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and risks 2+ years of experience writing and maintaining SOPS, Knowledge Articles, or how-to guides Experience working in ServiceNow or a similar platform Ability to create professional presentations for leadership audiences
