Position Details

• Full‑time outpatient practice – primary care only
• 2.5‑day work week, averaging 16‑20 patients per day
• Flexible scheduling with option of half‑day virtual care
• Shared phone line across a large provider pool

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed annual salary of $132,500 in the first year (productivity/bonuses not included)
• Sign‑on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package including pension plans and 401(k)
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible

Shareholder Track

• 1.0FTE: 2‑year track to shareholder status
• 0.5FTE: 4‑year track to shareholder status

Qualifications

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine within 2 years of employment
