Join an established Gynecologic Oncology team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, offering a high-volume surgical practice, dedicated OR resources, and a manageable call schedule. This opportunity provides a balanced mix of oncology and general gynecology within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Position Highlights- Four Gynecologic Oncologists
- Balanced case mix with approximately 60% oncology and 40% general gynecology
- Access to 3 da Vinci Xi robots with dedicated OR teams
- Full support from NPs/PAs, first assists, residents, and multidisciplinary tumor boards
- Strong referral base with consistent surgical volume
- Monday through Friday predictable weekly structure with dedicated surgical access
- Typically 2-3 clinic days and 1-2 dedicated OR days per week
- 1:4 call rotation at a single hospital with 24/7 critical care support
- Board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologic Oncologist
- Open to new fellows and experienced physicians
- Interest in a collaborative, team-based practice environment
- Robotic surgery experience preferred or willingness to utilize robotic technology
