Gynecologist

Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Gynecologist or Urogynecologist to join a comprehensive gynecologic practice in Western South Dakota. This role offers the opportunity to expand access to women's health services, shape and grow the department, and develop special clinical interests. The position emphasizes collaborative, team-oriented care within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for women's reproductive health
• Focus on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gynecologic conditions
• Involve routine and specialized care
• Provide patient education
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and patient-centered care

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Urogynecology
• Eligible for medical licensure in South Dakota
• Current medical license in each state of practice
• State Controlled Substance License (if required by State)
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe controlled substances in each state of practice
• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology; or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada)
